A Complete Diet Plan Guide for HCG Injection

HCG injections are becoming popular these days. Though this injection is mainly used for treating infertility in women, it is mainly an attractive one for those who wish for weight loss. Weight loss is not an easy task. People strive hard to lose weight by trying out different strategies. Some may succeed in this while others crave for results. First, let us discuss some of the items that should be strictly avoided during the diet plan of HCG.

  • Say no to foods like butter, oil or any butter substitutes.

  • A big no to artificial sweeteners and flavored drinks

The above items not only increase the problem of obesity. It also degrades your health. Apart from the food you intake, there are some experts in HCG who recommend the use of oil free soaps. Any chemically made cosmetics like moisturizers, soaps and shampoos must be avoided. There are different phases during the diet plan and in order to complete it successfully, here are some of the tips that act as a guide towards the HCG diet plan.

1)      Do lots of exercise which helps in reducing the body fat

2)      Keep yourself hydrated by drinking lots of water

3)      Eat healthy food in hygienic plate and avoid heavy meals.

Phases of HCG Diet

The phases of HCG diet plan are an interesting one to discuss. The first phase is known to be the “loading phase”, which is also called as “gorging phase”. In this, you are allowed to eat the foods of your own choice. You are restricted only in the second phase of the diet plan. This is because in the first phase you store enough fats that are required for your body. This in turn will be used in Phase 2 of the diet plan.

The phase 2 is pretty much a restricted diet plan. Your breakfast will be coffee or tea without sugar. No solid food is allowed in this phase. During lunch, beef, chicken breast, fish or lobster can be consumed. One has to make sure to remove the fat before cooking. Vegetables like spinach or slices of bread or an apple or orange can be eaten during lunch.

In dinner, the choices that you have left for lunch can be taken. Alternate fruits and vegetables can be shuffled between lunch and dinner. Since HCG injections for weight lossare known to be fruitful, it is necessary that you follow the proper diet plan in order to achieve effective results.
