How to Promote Your Skip Hire Company

Our research suggests that there are more than 17 million containers employed in the Skip Hire London each year for domestic use alone! That’s a lot of jumps and if you’ve ever looked in the Yellow Pages you’ll notice a lot of companies jumping out there to choose from and there is no real way of knowing what type of service you are going to get before it turns up! Unfortunately, this is not always the case. If you call more than one company before you hire a leap that may have found some of them:

– It will not quote prices by phone
– Do not tell you what time it is going to be dropped off or picked

1. How can you find companies jumping in the yellow pages are good?

Unless you personally know the business, you cannot. Any fool with a cart and a jump can get an ad designed and printed to entice you to call them, but mostly it’s a lottery, not only in terms of prices and services, but also in terms of what actually happens to garbage – something that sadly few of us really think, do not even care .

3. Why is not my jump left and picked up when you ask for it?

This is not always the fault of the company jumping – too many people do not understand that hiring a skip is not like calling a taxi. Just think about what happens on the day of average jump truck driver – heavy transport is that we are talking about here, and lots of things can go wrong in a pick -up or let time slow down all day , as one putting toxic waste in a container, overfilling client , or if the driver is giving incorrect details drop off by a customer .

 

4. Why the jump is not taken immediately if the trash is a bit over the fill line?

No driver is jumping being reasonable – it’s the law! Are not legally required to carry dangerous cargoes and unfortunately many people order smaller than they need in order to save a few pounds jumps. Our advice – for a bigger jump than you think you need because they always fill it – just does not go on the line!
