[News] Jeremy Scott Vs Jim Phillips

You might know Jeremy Scott for his iconic Adidas Wings or other stuff, cuz you know, he's kinda of a big deal in the fashion industry. Idolized by many, it seems his well deserved fame might take a hit with this new story. After releasing his most recent collection, AW 2013, featuring cartoonish angry monster-ish faces, Jim Phillips, who designed numerous boards for Santa Cruz Skateboards saw some likeness between his work and Scott's. A lawsuit might follow depending on the accused's decision to take off the products. Here's the statement the possible future plaintiff released :  "I hope that Mr. Scott sees that his actions have hurt and affected many people, including the Phillips family, and that he has also severely damaged his own reputation. It is not too late for him to do the right thing, as an artist and creative person, and fix his error in judgement."

Ce que les plaignants avaient à dire : "I hope that Mr. Scott sees that his actions have hurt and affected many people, including the Phillips family, and that he has also severely damaged his own reputation. It is not too late for him to do the right thing, as an artist and creative person, and fix his error in judgement."
